DecisionLayer Fee Schedule

Fees for DecisionLayer Arbitrations are as follows:

• Standard Arbitration Filing Fee: $500 (Payable by the Claimant upon initiation).
• Human Arbitrator Fee: $1,500. This fee applies if:
  • A Party initiates an appeal of an Award; or
  • DecisionLayer determines a human-rendered Award is necessary to comply with applicable jurisdictional laws.

Note on Payment: For appeals, this fee is paid by the Party initiating the appeal. For jurisdictional compliance, DecisionLayer reserves the right to allocate this fee between the Parties, require payment from the Party residing in the restrictive jurisdiction, or require payment from the Party initiating the dispute.

DecisionLayer will not issue a final Award until all fees have been paid.

DecisionLayer reserves the right to update or modify these fees at any time. The fees in effect at the time of the commencement of the Arbitration shall be the fees paid by the Parties in any applicable Arbitration.
