Fees for DecisionLayer Arbitration

Arbitration Filing Fee Paid by Claimant to start an Arbitration. $500

Additional Fees

Fee Description Amount
Consent Letter Paid by Claimant if arbitration request from https://decisionlayer.ai/consent. This for sending disputes to DecisionLayer that are not already subject to a contract with a DecisionLayer arbitration clause. This fee is in addition to the Arbitration Filing Fee. $20
Three Panel Selection Payable by requesting party. If a party wishes to select one (1) of three (3) potential arbitrators. Otherwise, DecisionLayer will nominate a single arbitrator. The parties have the right to object to any individual arbitrator. $500
Hearing This fee applies if a Party requests a hearing. The standard hearing fee covers a hearing of up to two (2) hours in duration. Payable by requesting party. $2,500
Bulk Evidence This fee applies if a Party submits more than one hundred (100) files or more than one hundred (100) megabytes of evidence. Payable by requesting party. $2,500
Audiovisual Evidence This fee applies if a Party submits audiovisual evidence. The standard audiovisual evidence fee covers up to four (4) hours of audiovisual content. Payable by requesting party. $2,500

Note on payment: DecisionLayer may require the parties to split or shift fees if required by local law.

Amount in Controversy is the total monetary value a claimant seeks.

Note: If the claimant is not seeking monetary damages, the case fee will be $2,500.

DecisionLayer reserves the right to update or modify these fees at any time. The fees in effect at the time of the commencement of the Arbitration shall be the fees paid by the Parties in any applicable Arbitration.
